More than five decades later, Country Day has developed a legacy and reputation for academic excellence, complemented by outstanding athletic programs and fine arts. Our School rivals the well-established, independent schools of the Northeast—a direct result of the vision and expertise of our Founding Families, together with the several generations of Trustees who have since guided our progress with care and unqualified commitment.

Our more than 3,100 graduates have attended some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the country and the state; our alumni are leaders in industry, medicine, academia, professional organizations and politics. This legacy of success is extended as our alumni continue to send their children and grandchildren to their alma mater to receive the myriad opportunities and experiences that will lay the foundation for success in life.
